Andrea Brooks is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience. Andrea is consistently recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers as well as a “Best Lawyer” and “Top Family Lawyer” by S.A. Scene Magazine. As a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Andrea substantially exceeds the annual continuing education requirements of the legal profession.
In 2008, Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Tulane University and graduated cum laude. Andrea was one of many students effected by the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. In the immediate aftermath, while the university was closed, Andrea attended the University of Texas and interned at Texas Monthly and the Texas State House of Representatives.
In 2011 Andrea graduated from Baylor University Law School where she received her Juris Doctor (J.D.). Since her move to San Antonio, Andrea has become involved in the community. Andrea is an active member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Family Law Section, as well as a member of the Texas Bar College and other legal organizations.
Andrea, her husband and their two children reside in San Antonio.
